Dillon's Creek Marina

Located at the mouth of the Toms River.  It opens onto Barnegat Bay, the largest body of environmentally protected waters in the State of New Jersey.  Dillon's Creek is:

•  Ten minutes from the Garden State Parkway

•  One hour south of Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area

•  One hour north of Atlantic City

•  One and 1/2 hours from Center City Philadelphia

Island Heights, New Jersey

•  In the 1700's the area was used by Indians as a summer encampment.  It later became known as Dillon's Island.  It incorporated in 1878 as Island Heights.

•  Coastal Victorian residential architecture with over 350 preserved and restored homes on the New Jersey Historic Register.

•  A fifteen minute drive to the Barrier Islands for Boardwalk night life or the preserved peace and quiet of Island Beach State Park, nine miles of coastal beach, a natural and original wildlife and flora habitat.

•  The center of competitive and recreational boating for the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association (B.B.Y.R.A.).

•  Ten local yacht clubs provide the finest racing and social activities along the New Jersey Shore.
